Optimizasyon iyi değil (Bunu düzeltmek için rehberler mevcut) bunun dışında oyun ilk oyunun eksiklerini kapatmış(Combat sistemi örneğin) yani alınabilecek en iyi oyunlardan biri

Emülatörleri (PS2 üstü emulatorler yok) bir araya getiren bir uygulama. PS2 emulatoründe oyun açamadım ama diğer emulatörlerde oyun oynarken sıkıntı yaşamadım.

EA Play ile oynadım ve oynadığım en iyi korku oyunlarından. Sadece lanet mouse ve FPS kilidi(VSync) sorunu olmasaydı mükemmel olurdu.

-Yeni Silahlar (Düşmanları Xen gezegenine ışılayan silah,Deagle,AWP vb. )
-Yeni Düşmanlar
-Black Mesa'daki faciayı bir askerin gözünden oynamak
