As much as I enjoy this game and as good as it is in many ways, I cannot recommend this game in it's current state. The server instability issues even while playing alone with bots is completely unacceptable and beyond aggravating. If you can get past the server issues and don't mind getting disconnected right before finishing an operation, by all means, enjoy!

In a world where 40k games are either a smash hit or a huge miss, this game definitely hits and hits hard. Pretty much just like playing the tabletop game with sound and animations. The campaign is fun and gives some nice background for people unfamiliar with the setting as well. I really hope they build upon this game and add other factions, it's really the only thing missing. If you enjoy strategy games and 40k, this is a no-brainer!

I've seen a lot of people complaining about having to unlock the cosmetics and stuff you just paid real money for and I'll agree to an extent but look at it this way... having to unlock most of this content through achievements is actually pretty neat considering the Grail Knight is essentially "questing" to get these new cosmetics. It's also a way to let the consumer pay for what they care about... Want the Grail Knight but don't care about cosmetics? There's a cheaper option for that! I don't really care much about the cosmetics, but I bought it anyway to support Fatshark. Great job on the Grail Knight!

It's sad people are complaining that you have to pay extra for the cosmetics in another DLC. It's $4 for a new career. $10 for the career/cosmetics bundle. Be happy they made them separate for a cheaper option so people that don't care about cosmetics can just purchase the career if they want. Anyway, it's a fun career and adds a new playstyle to Kruber while also giving some unique group benefits. The new weapons have a nice new attack pattern and the longsword has an awesome riposte mechanic built into the heavy attack. Great job, Fatshark... I'll be patiently waiting for more.

I played during the free weekend and finished the main story on the wood elf and tried out every character through the first chapter in about 8 hours. It was fun but very short. The game has a lot of good things going for it and some nice game systems that differ from other games in the genre but it has a huge problem with lack of content. The environments are nicely done as well but they reuse the same maps over and over again, which definitely makes things boring and repetitive. When there's games like Path of Exile, that are far superior and free to play, it's really hard to review this game fairly, but ultimately this game seems like it was rushed and unfinished. I would recommend this if you enjoy warhammer and ARPGs but only on sale.

Not much needs to be said, this is what Diablo 3 should have been.

Highly recommended if you enjoy Telltale games as it's their best one by a landslide. I will say though there were a couple instances that I was ahead of the curve and was a little annoyed there weren't any options to lead the story where I already knew it was heading. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the game and it even piqued my interest in the Fables graphic novels.

I have a lot more hours logged than steam shows as I've been playing this game from the start when they released it on battlenet and I even loved it then with all of it's flaws and a huge lack of content. I would say that it has the opposite problem now, since coming to steam and getting out from under the thumb of Activision. There's almost too much to do in the game now. You can really tell how much better the game has become and how much work Bungie has done to get the game into it's current state, which has been an overwhelmingly amazing experience. It almost feels like a new game. Destiny 2 is better than ever and deserves your attention. If you are a fan of science fantasy and looter shooters, there's no reason not to give it a try and if you enjoy it, please support Bungie!

I originally bought and played this on PS4 when it launched and the game had tons of issues, not to mention had a 3 month delay for console release. Having to wait that long to play the game had already tainted my experience before I got to play and I definitely felt like we didn't get the game that was promised.

Now after buying and playing the game on steam, seeing all the work and improvements they have made to the game, it feels great and is actually a pleasure to play. This game had a lot of potential when it was announced and I can see the game is moving in the right direction. I am glad the developer's didn't give up on this game. That being said, if you are expecting this game to fill the void that Diablo left, go play torchlight or path of exile, instead. The game still has some flaws but it has been vastly improved and finally earns my recommendation. If you are truly a fan of ARPGs and the 40k universe, give it a try.
