Game had a lot of potential, but Just Cause 2 is more enjoyable than this one, the reasons are the storyline, overall atmosphere, and fun on destroying things. I would skip to Just Cause 4.

I really should write a long review here to explain why you need to buy this game?
It sucks to wait so long, but its worth the wait, go ahead!!!

EDIT 2: Despite that Rockstar can't give support to mods and always try to disrupt the current active mods because of the GTA ONLINE, there are tons of awesome mods and, therefore, the game its great on its current state.

My final Review is 9.5 out of 10.

Good game for passing the time and relaxing graphics!

This isn't the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas i know from 2005!
Don't BUY this GAME, waste of money, Rockstar updated it to a crap ported version of the mobile(android) version to the steam.

And with that, the game is full of bugs, glitches and is unplayable, i can't even pass the first mission because of the mouse bug.

And because of this update, they removed 18 songs from the original version, including, ozzy, james brown, bob marley and many others!

Go play retail or the pirated version instead, and for those who won a copy of this crap port from androids by Buying the pre-order of Grand Theft Auto V, just hide this game on your library and write a review saying that you hated this version!

My review is 0/10.

DON'T BUY THIS GAME!

EDIT: After days of searching the web and trying to solve the unplayable problem, i found that after downgrading the game and with the silentpatch, my game was playable again(removed songs was back), like it was before that ridiculous rockstar patch, and i was able to use mods, so, i can finally enjoy what San Andres has to offer, but it was way too difficult too find the good balance between making the game work and the mods.

My second review with the current state(downgraded and silentpatch) is 8/10.

This game has a lot of potential and a lot of hours to play!
One of the Biggest maps for a PC game i've ever seen, good perfomance on low, mid and high end PCs and awesome graphics!
Good tunner options and showing everything we dont see on need for speed.

We can really enjoy driving in this game, the critic reviews is full of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, do not believe these reviews!

Just some cons that i found: Bug for pressing Alt+Tab(when you return to the game, your mouse become stuck in one position until you restart the game)
Less cars compared to Test Drive Unlimited 2, some cars engine sounds has the same sound.
Too much cut-scenes when in trasition between locations, and an internet connection is required to play.(No Offline play)

Based on all of this, i give 8 out of 10!
But about the price, i recommend to buy with at least 30% off, the full price is too much for this game!

P.S. I might change this review when new dlcs, patches and bug fixes comes out!

Wonderful world, huge world, lot of things to do, the interactions are awesome, throw someone with your hook down a bridge seems so funny!
Alot of easter eggs!
And the most important, destruction!! you can destroy almost the entire map, fly big planes, boats, helicopters, bikes, cars, even a hot air ballon!
Now, with the free dlc multiplayer mode, you have to buy it!
Only one little problem, there are only 7 main missions,but there are plenty of secondary missions!

From what i've played, this game has a lot of potential in the months ahead with updates, maybe DLCs and etc...
Good mechanics, one of the best i've ever seen for this type of game, great graphics, and kind easy to learn how to play and huge maps to play with.

But there is no campaign and goals, you make your own path, this may sound interesting at first, but when you have no goals and no missions(campaign), you may lose interest on the game!
Lack of some things(only 4 industries) and you have to play first at 1850 and play until 2050, then in another game you can start when you want.
But overall, the game is almost worth its price and as i said its a game with great potential and in this state its good!

My veredict at this state is 6.5/10, but i may change it after some patches and updates!

EDIT: My veredict remains on 6.5/10, some recent updates improved stability and some bugs, but nothing great, i'm still waiting for a DLC or something interesting to keep my interest on the game.
If you want to buy this game, wait for a sale with 50% off or more, then, the price is worth it..

Waste of money, one of the worst WWII games, a few missions and a crap multiplayer, not worth even 75% the price!

Best Assassins Creed of all time!
Very addictive and huge gameplay map with a large campaign and a lot of side missions and activities, but you can only see all what i've said here only by having all of the DLCs!
