This game is one I originally played as a small boy on the PS2, barely getting to the Plant chapter, but leaving a lasting impact. This collection release has allowed me to properly complete it. If you’re not acquainted, play MSG1 first. For one, to understand the story threads of 2, but also to get used to the controls. It’s going to feel wonky, play with a controller, at the least. I won’t spoil anything, but just know that this is a rabbit hole you can’t crawl out of.

The second game from this publisher I've checked out, and it's got me just as much in awe. The first through this had me on edge, the second time I was ready to hunt achievements. I will admit that the experience is rather short once you learn it's sequence of events, you're looking at less than an hour if you know what you're doing, so the price is justified. I wish there were more to it's endings, more to chew on, but the mystique is understood as intentional. It would be cool to see something of a continuation. And by the way, that duck scared me so bad, dude.
