It's a hard review to write mainly because it's such a personal experience for each player, you go trough different choices etc etc etc... the only con that comes to mind quality wise, would be poor writting compared to it's predecessor, a lot of choices seem futile troughout the game. At the end of it all it's a classic telltale game, more of a cinematic experience than a gameplay focused one, no surprises there.
