Brisk, well written, and fun. The dialogue has just the right balance of banter and pathos, and all the characters are likable and drive you to investigate their routes and those routes offer good variety of content, along with a great balance of major and minor decisions, with nothing feeling like a waste of your time. The full voice acting is also a great touch.

I didn't grind out all the endings, just the ones that interested me, but would happily play another of these in a heartbeat. A real pleasure to play after so many bloated Japanese visual novels.

A solid AA experience, which never quite hits the heights you might hope for, but makes for a fun space shooter. At first it seems hard, but once you stop treating it like a standard space sim and drift instead of turn you shouldn't have any problems with the standard fights. The art and music come together to make every fight feel epic.

It does suffer from a couple of nasty difficulty spikes around some bosses, but has a very generous checkpoint system which means you're rarely starting boss fights from scratch.

My only disappointment with combat is how allies exist only to look like they're doing something with capital ships only shooting FX. Every fight is you versus the enemy, and that takes something away from the bigger encounters.

Story clearly wants to be more epic than it is, with the AA element really showing its hand. It ends up being a bit of a light weight, slightly confusing, and never commits to really following through on any one character.

Overall though if you treat this as a fun, arcade spaceship combat game then you're in for a good time.

A game which wants you to repeat maps over and over, but with little to add variety to those repeat runs. A game without challenge due to enemies that pose no threat. A game with a reliance on a PvP mechanic which has the potential to wildly swing the difficulty curve. A game which wants you to explore and solve optional challenges, but provides no incentive to do so while also demanding time optimisation of each loop. A game with a story which ultimately goes no where, has no surprises, and shows nothing more than you learn in the first day.

A lot of wasted potential here.

Endless trial and error masquerading as gameplay.

A relatively robust adventure game with an ending choice that really doesn't work. Not the best in the publisher's catalogue, but I would still say it's worth playing through.

A perfectly decent, if somewhat unremarkable experience that doesn't overstay its welcome.

If you liked the last two games you're going to like this one as well as it's more of the same. Same great core mechanics, same terrible time wasting filler surrounding it, and an ending which is the weakest part of the game. I still love them, flaws and all.

Simply the best murder mystery mechanics found in a video game. So long as you're OK with the anime presentation, visual novel style, and fact that the last two hours are going to be an insufferable grind of terrible plotting, you should have a good time.

Fantastic little card game with great interactions, just the right level of class differentiation, a campaign which gives you a good excuse to play the core game but with different rule tweaks, and an AI which is very much able to kick your butt at the highest difficulty. I actually have a lot more hours in this game, but play it more on tablet than PC.

A love letter to the Lucasarts adventures of yore, but with sweet, sweet, British humour.
