The best game I have ever played. I strongly, STRONGLY recommend you play Mass Effect first and carry your save over, it will mean so much more to you if you do.

If you're going to pick up DLC for this game I strongly recommend Stolen Memory, Overlord and Lair of the Shadow Broker. All excellent additions to this amazing game.
