This MMO always had the edge on World of Warcraft for me, always provides the great immersion into the world of Norrath. I think the only bad thing I can say about it is that is wasnt quite as user-friendly as WOW which is why it lost out in a lot of peoples eyes.
The end game is excellent and the community is extremely helpful.
