I've just started out playing No Man's Sky, never played it before and mainly bought it for the added VR Support. The VR implementation is great, game runs smoothly for me, I had no crashes, encountered limited amount of bugs. The VR controls are a little bit tough to get used to but after a couple of hours you get into a routine.

The developer is already pushing out bug fixes to help out the players that have crashes and/or performance issues. Maybe wait a little bit if you want to make sure you have a smooth experience.

Overall I'm really in love with the game so far, probably the best VR game I've played.

The Combat DLC of Echo VR cost 10$ and has a better VR arena shooter experience. Way more skill involved.
