I've seen many reviewers say that despite the low difficulty of the game, the experience they've had has been great. I want to know what the hell they've been smoking -- what I've seen so far is some of the least engaging content this series has had to offer.

90% of what I've seen of the game so far is cutscenes, follow someone on the seikret, talk to NPCs, and parts where you're prompted to literally just look around. And, in the few moments where you do get to fight a monster, the monsters give a completely halfhearted effort in trying to fight. You can essentially just stand around in one place and mostly be fine -- the game plays itself.

Maybe it gets better later in the game, or perhaps the DLC will improve things, but this onboarding experience just sucks.

Weirdly kind of awesome. Playing through the story feels like going on a journey to the center of the earth, but if the earth was an incomprehensible fractal hell world

As it currently is I can't really recommend this game over the first one. I couldn't make it an hour without running into bugs that made playing the game impossible (the camera wouldn't focus on my rocket in orbit, and I had ghost parts which would stick around even after staging them off). Once these sorts of issues, and the performance issues are both sorted out, then I might revise my review and give this game another shot.

Going into this DLC, I was a bit worried that each character would just have a different gimmick, and that would be it. However, what I've found is that each character offers its own unique take on the world and mechanics of Rain World. This builds on the base game to deliver something which I find to be much more than the sum of its parts.

Fun little game, grab it on sale though.

Indeed Terraria is a very good game.

This is a good game in the style of Getting Over It, and it's just 3 dollars.

Believe it or not, this is an interesting idle game with a fun spin on the genre. Apparently it can be done! It gets a bit tiresome in act II, though.

I beat getting over it... I beat jump king... But this game has bested me. Maybe one day I'll beat this game. Definitely cool how the developers keep adding new maps, though I'm still stuck on the first one.
