I'd love to play so much more of this game, if it weren't for corporate greed inflicting mass casualties on the many Helldivers that play this. Super Earth has fallen, not to the Automatons, not to the Terminids, but to the traitors back home... o7 Helldivers.

Broken game, broken servers, broken developers. Need I say more?

But seriously, every time I boot up GTA I'm getting issues of all variety, whether I try to start up right into GTAO and am stuck in a loading screen forever and ever, or various random CTDs that I can't predict and end up losing bits and pieces of progress here and there in my adventures. That, coupled with the servers that will suddenly just... Go down whenever they have a chance, means that if you're doing a high money mission such as cargo delivery and those servers ♥♥♥♥ themselves, that money is GONE. Bye bye hard work. You didn't need that money, did you?

The content updates are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring to be honest, I don't even know how to generate materials for making money through the new Freakshop location that I spent the better part of two-and-a-half hours building up and shilling damn near 1.75 mil on the party bus. Furthermore, the enemies that you fight during that mission line and every other mission or freemode event are so absurdly broken, it's completely unfun. A textbook example: A friend and I did a supply run for my bunker because my supplies got stolen while I was doing a random freemode event. Merryweather choppers, or whoever was flying them, were escorting the plane you need to hack while you're (usually) piloting an Akula. Everything's going well so far, right? WRONG. One of the choppers magically aims down and headshots me, THROUGH THE ROOF OF THE AKULA, and instakills me. My friend just barely saves the chopper and is able to get the hack off, somehow, but I'm still stuck with my thumb up my ass while I wait for them to finish their stuff.

All in all, GTA V has been a miserable experience, single player or multiplayer. Save your money, do not support scummy business practices and poor development cycles.

I want so very badly to like this game. The concept is great, you're just an average Joe chilling in your house when all of a sudden a zombie apocalypse starts happening right outside your front door, neighbors are being chewed up left and right and the walking dead roam the streets of now abandoned cities. That all sounds great on paper, despite being yet another zombie apocalypse game. Unfortunately, the execution leaves much to be desired, combined with the copious bugs and lack of innovation, this is just another game stuck in development hell that the blind masses have accepted as "THE BENCHMARK OF ZOMBIE GAMES!" Yeah right...

Never. EVER. Use vehicles. They are broken, buggy and will either cause crashes or kill your characters due to desync being a constant issue. Expect all sorts of nonsensical and irritating situations to crop up, especially when combating the undead hordes. Characters are slow and lumbering like their undead counterparts, sometimes outright refusing inputs you, the player, activate. The UI is clunky and obtrusive and a very significant eyesore. Some starting perks are utterly worthless while others will make or break your game upon starting. There is a heavy lack of content available base game, and while mods can alleviate this somewhat, it doesn't take away from how utterly boring and droll your experience of playing this game will be. Playing with friends is a nightmare at times, albeit fun on the rare occasion. But overall, my experience with this game has been rather poor, and despite several attempts to pick it back up, I always remember why I left this piece of abandonware in my Hidden tab. It's just not a fun game. Concept's great, but the execution is terrible. Just terrible.

After playing this game for 12 hours, I have come to the conclusion that it is kinda awful to be honest.

I have only played five and a half hours of this, but every second of the game has been immensely fun so far. Great game to play with friends!

Edit: Game's still fun as hell, really enjoying the new update. Satisfying challenge, especially when you have less than five players. You can even wear a police hat on top of your helmet, which you can find at one of the ends of the killhouse where you can customize your loadout! Also, the coffee machine works, I'm partial to the cappuccinos.

Lovely game, the soundtrack is amazing and I love the sandbox nature of it. The Falling Sun is the best weapon in the game and Skeletons shall reign supreme.

EDIT: Still a great game, buy this game!!!

Gotta love having to download a massive game that has huge DLC bloat only for it to be a buggy mess, so much so that I can't even play it with my friends. I hate that I tried this again. It was a waste of time.

This is a great game, don't get me wrong. Hell, I've sunk 124 hours into it and it's always satisfying to get those high damage whacks that nearly one-shot your opponents. However, after having played Arena extensively and gotten multiple characters to Master rank on top of playing through the dungeon crawl multiple times, I can say I have thoroughly had my fun for this current version of the game. I've been waiting for a new major update for quite literally over a year and the Exanima team has not delivered. I understand that other real-life stuff takes precedence, but there has been next to nothing on the forums concerning a new update. I really hope to see this project become finalized, but until I see some sort of change in the game, I'm gonna have to not recommend this piece of abandonware.

EDIT: So I tried update 0.8.4, and I gotta say, it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SUCKS. EGGS. Yeah, the procedural generation of weapons and armor is cool. Yeah, the upgrade spheres you find in the dungeon crawl are neat. Yeah, the clunky movement system being made slightly less clunky through removing the timed actions is decent enough. Does that mean the other numerous issues with the game are fixed or otherwise mitigated? ♥♥♥♥ NO. I gave it the good ol' college try, but it didn't stick and it never will stick. Sorry Bare Mettle, I respect your resolve for putting in the time and effort to make this project happen, but it just isn't working for me.
