Great game! The stealth mechanics are awesome. The progressions is great and the holiday update was fun.

And then... partway through... the game turns into Car Mechanic Simulator 2018. As you have to strip down the cars to sell them while dealing with bad camera controls. Really breaks the flow of the game.

Monster Hunter World has finally come out on the PC! A mostly seamless port, with the only problem being the servers. You will experiance disconnects, as the servers struggle to handle the massive amount of people trying to all play. Plus, the recent steam update hasn't helped. However, there are people working on ways to fix this problem. And their solutions can be found in the discussions if you bother to look. Or you can be like those people who simply want to complain about server disconnects and the anti-piracy software installed with the game.

This game is awesome. All the negative reviews the last several months? Are all because of the paid mod of the Creation Club. Which was a stupid decision, I agree. But no reason to rate down waht is a good game. So Bethesda, you guys are a bunch of idiots for trying to make paid mods. You should have learned that from Steam's attempt. Still, you made a good game.

Let me start by saying that I loved playing this game. I enjoyed the challenge of taming dinos and building bases. But the new Tek tier gear has ruined the game for me. Or rather, the way to get it has.

In order to get Tek recipies, you HAVE to fight all the bosses, on all the dificulties. Each boss drops a different recipie. Meaning that players like me, who play on Scorched Earth, have to transfer over to the Island with our dinos. But it gets worse. Because the special material needed for the gear, Element, is nontransferrable. Meaning that you have to farm the material on the server you plan on using it. So, all that Element that you acquire from farming the Island bosses? Unusable on Scorched Earth. Instead, you have to farm the Manticore. The hardest boss they made.

I've about lost interest in the public servers now.

So, let me preface this by saying that I got this game for free as a christmas gift from a friend.

As soon as I started it up, I knew this game wasn't going to be for younger audiances. The menu screen has the stripped Cherry Pop, twirling around. From there, it was an awesome ride of obscenity and hilariy.

The game play is great. There are very few confusing moments. The story is hilarious. my one regret is that the game wasn't longer. Beat the game in less then 4 hours. Left wanting more.

To those complaining about a paid dlc before the game is released, Wildcard had to. Because of a massive lawsuit filed against them for breaking a contract, they lost almost a third of thier profits on Ark. This DLC is their Hail Mary to save their company. And is worth every dollar

This mod has a lot of promise. Its removes a lot of the high tech gear you can craft, replacing them with low tech instead. Build houses out of lumber, adobe or even brick. Carve up that dino with a stone knife for more hide. Make candles out of wax.

Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to that promise.This is full of bugs. I cannot believe they released it in this state. The stone knife mentioned above? Doesn't work. The lumber? requires a rare material. And the pickaxe made to make gathering that rare material? Doesn't work either.

Until they get this fixed, I cannot recommend this dlc. Dispite how fun it would be.

This game is a wonderful strategy simulator, where you are the video game developer. You start out small, in your garage. Back in the days before consoles. Then work your way through the generations.

BTW, there is a hilarious story about how they dealt with people pirating their game. Its easy find and a must read!

I originally gave this game a good review. That has since changed with the recent update.

First, they force you to install Epic in the name of 'crossplatform play'. I do not use Epic, I do not want Epic. Get that ♥♥♥♥ out of here.

Now yes, you can install the legacy version so you don't need Epic. However, f you do that, you can't play the DLC missions. Worse, you can't even buy the DLC anymore.

The update is ♥♥♥♥. I was looking forward to trying the new Saints Row game when it came out on Steam. but now, I'm going to have to give it a pass.
