It was fun when the game was released but the problem is that the DLC pricing is out of hand. Maybe skip the DLCs? It is a half-baked game without the DLCs because the important features are locked behind them. Welcome to the Paradox trap.

I hated it at first and gave up twice. Third time was the charm and I couldn't stop playing it. It is something special.

The negative reviews are due to the poor performance and microtransactions. The gameplay is so good that I don't mind playing the game although it definitely requires performance improvement. Microtransactions? It is actually good. Here is why. Microtransaction items are not valuable and they are easy to get in the game. It feels like Capcom forced the dev to add microtransactions system and they implemented the most useless one to make sure no one buys them.

TLDR
1. It is a good game.
2. If you don't like the game lagging, don't buy it until the dev fixes the problem.
3. Don't worry about microtransactions because it is nothing but a joke.

The game's so good. I bought the DLC to support the dev.

I love democracy.

The council mechanics and the dynamic leader system are fun.

You can be the terminator in a galactic scale.

Must-have DLC.
