How's it going homie.

I've modified your Half-Life 2 Auto Reload addon and made it a little bit more consistent when it comes to a specific issue that can happen quite often during a match:

- You have 0 reserve ammo for a holstered weapon with a non-full clip.
- You pick up ammo for said weapon, but the auto-reload will not kick in due to you needing to switch weapons to trigger it.
- If you need to switch to that particular gun, the gun will not be reloaded on switch.

I corrected this issue by calling the auto-reload function with the EntityRemoved hook which only checks specific entities for optimization purposes.

Should I release this altered version on my Workshop and drop your names on the credits or would you like to update your workshop release with this new addition?
