A fairly fun game to play through one or two times on your own, or just a bit with your friends from time to time, but outside of that this game doesnt have too much going for it and gets stale quite quickly.

I would like seeing some updates to this game, which add more items or some sort of story, but that might be a bit much too ask for considering its price. It is worth 2,99€ after all, but not really much more. Still would recommend if you are just looking to waste some time with or without some friends.

Early Access Review
R.E.P.O. follows the trend of being a Lethal Company like game, the basic premise being "get in, get items, get out", being now the third game (at least from the popular titles) next to Lethal company and Content Warning, I honestly prefer it over the other two games, the bottom one of the 3 being Lethal company, despite not being bad.

R.E.P.O. succeeds a lot in making the later game feel not just like a massive difficulty spike, while nothing really changes about how you interact with the game. Instead you get stronger the more you progress through the game, thus making it a lot more fair. The enemies are quite good and team work is much more important here than it is in other games like itself.

Its also pretty bug free and not very frustrating. Obviously however you need some people to play this game with, I cannot say if I would recommend randoms either, it is prefered to hop on this game with a group of your friends, maybe two or more. It also allows for more players compared to games like itself which usually only allow 4 players.

I would highly recommend it, very fun with friends but nothing that you are going to sit down 10 hours and play non stop really.

Multiplayer only recommended!

After not playing the game since early 2023 I was willing to play it again and see how much it has changed, however not much has changed at all.

New missions yes, maybe some new things here and there too but the major problems are still present. Those being the bad NPCs (both on your team and the enemies) and the horrible scoring system. Might sound like a "skill issue" but I for one think it makes little to no sense for me to recieve a "unauthorized use of deadly force" when I shoot a man with a hostage who is shooting at me. The team you get has really bad coding, they just prance around and will literally walk into danger, you also cant really communicate with them too much. The NPC civilians will not listen to any of your orders and just start running around randomly sometimes, which can also result in pointloss.

I think this game could be very fun with a full squad of friends, however only one of my friends even owns it and there isnt much of a point in playing it with one other person only. If you and more of your friends are thinking about getting it I could somewhat recommend it, however only if the game is on sale.

If there was a way to rate a game with neither yes or no, that is how I would rate this game.
It has no major issues, it isnt buggy or anything like that, although at times it can have framedrops. However, I do not really enjoy it.

From a base gameplay perspective it is pretty similar to the old Remnant, however personally I find it a downgrade in most ways. The bosses I fought so far are for the most part just bigger versions of basic enemies or boss rushes, with the exception of the ravager (which I skipped originally) and the cube (from the point where I am in at the game). The level design takes a steep decline in the labyrinth and even the enemies there are boring. Personally I really liked the original games level design, but this doesnt speak to me as much.

However as I said I can neither fully say its a yes or no game, I like the way replayability works in this game and how exploration is rewarded in the form of areas and secrets, an upgrade to the original is the mulititude of classes and subclasses. However I find the classes somewhat uninteresting and they dont alter gameplay by much.

I generally just think that there are other games which play in a similar manner and execute the RPG / Souls-like style of gameplay a lot better. Maybe one day I will decide to play it again and the endgame will change my mind, maybe the game is only really enjoyable with a multitude of people, if I do ever change my opinion I will make sure to change this review.

As someone with a pretty mediocre PC, this game runs pretty decently, despite what many others claim, however I wont focus much on the performance in this review, however to mention some bugs I had include texture bugs, where a pixel was basically freaking out and started bugging around the screen, and some monster interactions being weird.

I have rewritten this review for a third time now and I had some issues the last time around. My main issues can be summed up to a seeming lack of content (even for a new release) especially in the context of how some Monsters felt a bit underused or sort of unimportant. Since in the now coming title update they are bringing the final boss into high rank (also including armor and weapons) it is safe to say I am quite glad. I really felt that the boss deserved more of a spotlight especially considering how good the fight was.

I still find the quests in the game quite lacking and am somewhat disappointed that the endgame mostly revolves around investigations, but I am quite certain this will change in the future.

The game itself plays amazingly, the weapons feel really good and everything feels a lot more balanced (in a sense of how good weapons compare to one another) it is by far the most realistic feeling Monster Hunter, from movement, to environments, to Monster interactions. It is a lot of fun and I would highly recommend.

I do hope they get rid of their weird anti-piracy software that just causes framerate loss, or atleast replace it with a software that only checks for a purchased game every now and again instead of all the time while you are playing it.

Highly recommended, probably one of the best games in the last few years.

A very intesting story that is presented in a very suspenseful way. Is the best way to describe this game.

Its fairly short but very good too. Completing the game takes somewhere around 2 to maybe 3 hours depending on how your pace is. It leaves a lot of questions early on which slowly get answered over time. A very interesting take on a psychological horror game.

It has many real world parallels and can make you view certain things differently. The characters are very well writen, although I wish voice acting would have been involved, but the lack of voices can make for a scarier atmosphere.

Gameplay wise its not very innovative, since the main focus lies on the story. I wish there would be more endings or secrets to uncover, maybe some interactions you could have with the environment.

I would really recommend this game if you are looking for a good story game for a cheap price. I even put this game up for the best story of 2024 in the steam awards.

A pretty fun game to play to relax (or not relax) from time to time.

If you like Peggle this is for you, but you can also enjoy this game without being a huge fan of peggle. Its basically a mix of peggle and a game like the Binding of Isaac, its quite fun but can be frustrating at times. On the other hand the frustration factor makes getting a victory so much sweeter.

I hope this game gets more updates, as I feel that a run is quite short, id appreciate more bosses/ more stages or maybe some unique modes as well. The future is very bright for this game, I cannot recommend it enough

Cyberpunk 2077 really saved itself after a good few updates. Personally I didnt mind it from the point it came out (I was playing on playstation), however things like combat were 100% lacking and many bugs made the game somewhat unplayable.

The story is sadly somewhat uninteresting in many aspects, Jackie doesnt feel very important and losing him wasnt nearly as impactful as it should have been. Characters like Panam or Judy have relatively boring quests too, however the story does redeem itself in the form of Silverhand, he is by far the best Character in the game.

Now for replayability, it has multiple endings and difficulty ranges, so it is fairly replayable. The many sidequests also give decent rewards and allow you to change up your playstyle every time. Personally I was quite fond of stealth at the start, but opted to go in guns blazing using a sandevistan later in the game. However this late game is a part where I find that the game lacks any type of progression. Once you reach about level 45-50 the game starts to become stale. You dont get any higher rarities and upgrading your weapons and cyberware becomes super easy, however you will still find yourself lacking cyberware slots.

I wish the end game was more fleshed out in this aspect, I also wish that they added a simple waiting feature, since many quests require you to wait a day or more for progress and to skip ahead you have to return to your house and sleep.

Its a decent game but you wont miss too much if you dont buy it, I would recommend it more for people who liked the Edgerunners series rather than just any conventional gamer.

The DLC has no disappointed me in the slightest, it is much like the base game in the sense that it gives us another massive open world area with many secrets and dungeons/castles to explore. The environment is beautiful and the enemy design and placement is on point. The bosses are at large some of the best in the souls series.

However I find the design of the final boss not that good, visually its an amazing boss, however compared to some of the other bosses I am not the biggest fan, especially when it comes to how fair the boss feels in general. It doesnt allow you too many freedoms when choosing a build. I think some of his attacks need to be reworked or flat out changed. Some other bosses might need some fixing too (which largely is just bug related).

In conclusion, this dlc is 100% worth picking up, especially if you already liked the base game.

Pretty fun party game to play with friends, however I wouldnt recommend it if you only have 1 or 2 others to play with. Best way to play is 5 people.

Regarding the actual gameplay it feels a bit boring after some time of playing since there isnt that much change from map to map. The addition of special modes such as mines and beartraps is a refresher, however I would like to see more modes be added in future updates.

I would also like to see more settings for a more unique gaming experience, this could be things like how long the deer are in the demon mode, how fast the deer move, if it takes some time for the door at the end to open, etc. Maybe some additions like different weapons such as crossbows or a rifle for the hunter and different abilities for the deer in the far future could be good aswell.

I got this game on sale for 5€ but evenso I think it would still be worth 10€ since thats still quite cheap.
