I wanted to write a review saying the good things that this game has, but all that won't matter because the game has FREEZES and CRASHES that Ubigarbage never fixed and still refuse to fix.
They are random, so there is no solution for them.
I will play just to finish the DLC, which btw, is broken, you lose connection to the server right now.
The freezes, crashes and bad servers are a problem since forever in this game it seems. Don't believe me? Just search and you will see all the people complaining about the same issues i said.

At least i bought it with a big discount, but still, it sucks to buy a product that sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.

Hiii phosTR, I am terribly sorry to hear about these technical issues you've encountered with The Division 2. I really want to help with smoothing things out on your end and hopefully we can limit how often these freezes and crashes are occurring. This is an exhaustive list of steps and workarounds that I've seen help with similar technical issues and I'd like to make sure we've covered all of our bases. For your situation (and in case someone else sees this while experiencing something similar) please note that if one method does the trick then you won't need to work through the rest and feel free to skip the steps you've already tried:

- Ensure The Division 2 is installed on the same drive as both Steam and Ubisoft Connect
- Clean boot[www.ubisoft.com] to rule out background processes that could be conflicting (Overwolf, Steel Series, Corsair, iCue3, Razer, Synapse, etc.)
- Make sure you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect PC installed (Please note that Ubisoft Connect PC will launch in Offline mode if you have no internet connection. In Offline mode, the updates will not be installed automatically)
- Make sure that Ubisoft Connect PC is not being blocked[www.ubisoft.com] by any security software you have, such as a firewall or anti-virus.
- Clear the cache in Steam
- Clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]
- Run Microsoft's System File Checker tool[support.microsoft.com]to repair any missing or corrupted files
- Verify[www.ubisoft.com] the game files
- Reinstall the supporting software[www.ubisoft.com] for the game
- Complete our guide[support.ubisoft.com] here

Again, those troubleshooting steps and workarounds will hedge all of our bets and should yield a drastic improvement overall. If they do not sort the issue out and you STILL encounter a crash, please follow up with our teams on our Help website[www.ubisoft.com] so that we can investigate the issue properly. Please include your system files[www.ubisoft.com] in the attachments and make sure to fully explain the issue and specify exactly what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far to reduce the chance for repeated steps. Thank you!
