a season pass 2 that offers what should have been included with the first season pass is ridiculous. thankfully I am barely within my refund range and will be requested after posting this review. I bought the game for the new fl4k tree and ion loader, paid for the top tier purchase a week ago to get stoked for it, and with no warning about the new content being locked behind ANOTHER paywall in any of the advertising I'm glad to pull my support for this.

when you don't complete a level and instead of frustration you just feel motivated to try again and do better you know it's something special. this game is extremely fun and promising, every song so far is a bop and the aesthetic and design of the game over all is positive and upbeat. the controller support is fantastic if you're into that sort of gameplay, the only slight downside is the menus do not have controller support. that aside this game is a 10/10 experience

been logging 2+ hours a day since i bought it. addictive, fun, highely reminiscent of NES. worth the buy for sure

challenging and fun. takes a minute but it's brought a lot of fun when i have 20 minutes here or there
