First, in order to be able to perform the so called "DCJ" technique (double count jump [DCJ for short]), use those following commands:
bind mwheelup +jump
& bind mweehldown +duck
Please know that you can use either up for jump and down for duck OR up for duck and down for jump. It's recommended to try both for few hours and then use the one that fits you more, altought more people tend to use up for jump and down for duck as I mentioned in the above example.

When you get used to using jump/duck on your mouse wheel we can move to the next stage. Learning how to CJ (count jump). Scroll your wheel down (please note we're going to use down for duck and up for jump [if you use it differently, just use it as you have]), move your view to the right, hold D, after hitting the ground scroll wheel up to jump.

Second and last step is to master the before mentioned technique DCJ. Right DCJ:
1. Use WD to get pre (270+)
2. Scroll wheel down
3. Move view to the right while holding D
