Update: they revised the endgame, which is now way more fun. Still some downsides relating to other games in the genre:
- Different weapons don't require you to play differently
- Each run feels similar (maps, enemies, etc. don't give variety or challenge you differently)
- Too much abilities, weapons, runes, skilltrees, etc. it is just overwhelming and they don't change much becasue the point before

Still a fun game but not best of its kind...

Endgame is bad game design. Hundreds of (mini)bosses with global huge aoe attacks. So you dash all the time and hope that you eventually are able to hit them.
