I played this game for a very long time, and enjoyed most of it, and then submarines.

Even good IP and art can't save this game from bad corporate ownership and their decisions.

GOAT RPG and you can also talk to the goats.

Though it is fairly old at this point, it is still rivaled only by FF14 as the best story telling in any MMO to date. Fully voice acted with unique class story lines and with meaningful decisions to be made along the way.

As to be expected of a very early RE game there are plenty of rough edges. I went into the experience completely expecting that, from the very slow room / floor transitions to the extremely painful inventory management system and aiming. This is fine and I'm looking forward to seeing how these systems improved over time (and drastically with the new releases or 2 / 3 / 4).

The killer for me came fairly late into the game in the treatment plant where attaching of a door handle caused a black screen / hard lock in the game. Even though my save was 15+ minutes before it I restarted and reloaded and exactly the same thing happened again. There is no indication that anything I do will fix this problem, including a restart from the beginning.

I would love to have finished this before moving on to Resident Evil but that will not be happening and I want to publish this as a warning to others considering spending any money on it.

Disgaea 5 was a work of art. Disgaea 6 is just work.

Great humor, interesting story and passable combat.

The combat feels a bit dumbed down from Yakuza 0 and Kiwami 1 but the overall experience, story telling, crazy side quests is there and fantastic.

A real gaming masterpiece.

These devs just continue to put out an amazing game with unrivaled space ninja gameplay and the most reasonable free to play MMO approach that exists.
