In Moscow 41, the German still have great offensive potential and they will launch fierce attack into your line instead of localized counter attack at your exposed unit. Expect to lose a lot more units than you are used to. On the flip side, you have massive budget and often given huge pile of free reinforcement to build and reconstitute your forces in each scenario. Though careful unit husbandry is still key, you'll need fully decked out elite unit eventually in the campaign.
