I recently switched from Xbox One at about 1.2k hours to PC so don't mind the current hours. Anyway, Rocket League is an amazing game! It has a steep but forgiving learning curve that makes it accessible to new players but also competitive for high level players. On top of that, it is one of the few games that I know of that is SOLELY SKILL BASED. You heard it, there are no clear advantages in this game that give you an edge over other players. I believe this makes RL the perfect Esport. There are no "meta" characters or abilities that make the game unfair. Practice makes perfect in this game. I've spent over 1.5k hours in this game and it is definitely my favorite game. Servers are generally fine, somewhat of a toxic player base but that can be overlooked. Overall, great game.
