Simply one of the best games to come out in the past couple years. Might not be perfect storywise (they could have done with 2 separate campaigns instead of 1 and 3 partials)...but brilliantly simple controls and gameplay make up. No microtransactions!

Even with all the flaws and performance issues, this game still shines. I would recommend you turn off volumetric fog entirely, it's just a broken setting in the game. Same with water reflections (apparently doesn't work, but SSR does?). FPS should get a bit of a boost from that. Only way to solve the random drops is to install Special K. Although this shouldn't be necessary in 2019...it is.

Hopefully Iceborne fixes some of the engine issues. But the core gameplay is still satisfying as ever for a Monster Hunter game.

Constant flickering and crashing after tutorial/opening cinematic.

I have a fresh Windows install. 1070 Ti and i5-6600k. No other game has this problem.

I've tried every solution in the Steam Discussions. No effect.
