Walk around the city - get attacked by a dragon.
Try to complete a fetch quest - get attacked by a dragon.
Clear a dungeon and walk outside - get attacked by a dragon.
Attempt to enjoy the scenery - get attacked by a dragon.
Do literally nothing - get attacked by a dragon.

10/10, would get get attacked by a dragon again.
