For under 7 total hours of play, it had a decent story, the game play was fun and got progressively harder (but not totally unachievable), and the overall cost/fun ratio was well worth it. I was pleasantly surprised!

It's pleasant. It's nice, but I honestly finished it out of the need to just be done with it and never think of it again. I was a bit bored and the pacing was painful at times. The characters are pretty flat, but it's a pretty game. The music was initially pretty good but after hearing the same 4-5 songs over and over, I was really done. Might be a "choices matter" game, but you can navigate what you really want to do really easily, in that all of the paths are really obvious.

I wish that games I "stumbled upon" were always this amazing. Very fun, really well thought out. I played this with really no knowledge going in, and chose to stay out of any spoilers/guides, and I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone playing this do the same. The story was great, and as someone who knows a lot about mythology/Latin/Roman history, I was REALLY impressed. 10/10 would recommend!

Great, fun management game, it has good bones. Similar to Restaurant Tycoon, but RT has more depth to it. That being said, you can tell this game will continue to grow and become awesome. Definitely room for more content / more scenarios.

Notes for the developer: 1) When the women NPCs use the bathroom, they cross their legs. I assume the same animation is used for sitting on a seat vs. seating on the toliet, but it is just...odd. 2) Additionally, NPCs enter the bathroom when it is in use. I once saw three people in a 2x2 bathroom at once (1 at the sink, 1 on the toliet, and 1 cleaning a floor). 3) Some of the grammar in the reviews doesn't fit. For instance: "The food was great, but the service and decor were great".

I finished this game. Blah. I only did because I never wanted to think about this game again. The stories were derivative and boring (I know a lot of people love it, but it was such a snoozefest!). The "fun" part of the game becomes very repetative, which I can handle if I feel like there is a goal.....but towards the middle of the game, none of it seemed to really matter to the story anymore. I was just really disappointed with this game.

I was hesitant to purchase this game, but I am SO glad I did. Sure, it has a few flaws, but the level design is insanely good and fresh, the core mechanics are just as good as the original Dishonored (play Dishonored first, then Dishonored 2). The story is pretty good and it is compelling enough to make you want to stay up all night to finish.

If you are thinking about buying this game because you played/loved Dishonored, but you aren't sure if you want to pay the hefty price tag.....trust me, it was worth it.
