Unholy heights is basically a cross between a gotta-collect-em-all RPG, an apartment sim, and a tower defense game. It's not best in class in any of these categories, but somehow the combination is a ton of fun. I wound up playing through this game three times just to collect all of the achievements, which is rare for me and speaks to how fun this game was. Definitely give it a try.
