As someone who played this game at launch and stayed till about December of 21. I have been impressed with all of the in game improvements that have been made. The reasons I originally stopped playing were because of bugs and there was no variation to end game PvE and PvP was very unsatisfying. After grinding my trade skills, I had nothing more to do, and eventually stop entirely.

Now I have started playing again and let me tell you, the game is so much better. If New World was released in the condition it is in now. It would been a contender for biggest western MMO, and I believe that it still can be. The response and actions from the devs has improved a lot too. Almost no bugs, and they get fixed quickly now if any are found. There are many more missions too, for early and late game players as well with the release of Brimstone Sands.

So I would recommend this game for anyone that is willing to spend $40 bucks or less if its on a discount. Also for anyone that stopped playing, come give it another shot.

It has been an interesting game so far, the story is actually pretty good. Far as gameplay goes, I am a big fan on the anomaly power system, and personally love tping behind enemies as trickster. Overall if you want a cool third person shooter game, I'd recommend this.
