Product refunded

Technical difficulties review:
Game would load, but can't get to race/ events aka driving.
It just says loading and returns back to event selection.
I had to ask refund.

Edit: And yes. The resolution was correct.

Oh. I checked steam forum, I checked the support page for this game.
I even made post to forums.

see. I have taken effort trying to fix this issue and asking help from community.

But what I saw from the game: menus etc. it wasn't really promising.
Those youtube races that I watched before making buying decision however were.

The game is deleted and removed from my library. Now I'm only waiting for the money.

Why didn't you, I dunno, ask on the Steam hub?

You would have found a solution there. There is a two hour limit on refunds, that's more than enough time to ask around.

Hi.
I went through all the settings before and after trying to get game started. Everything was fine there.
Yes resolution was my monitors native resolution. And even if it wasn't native resolution monitor can display multiple other resolutions.


If you can't drive on driving game thats super major issue. I would love to play this game, but if it won't give me a change then I have to ask for refund while I can...


I personally don't want to spend 30€ for game (+dream pack) that essentialy is try to get it work simulator. I wasted 30 minutes for this. As a guy who has family and full time job, that's huge part of my free time. I rather play something that works. There is plenty of working racing games that I can get with that amount of money.

Why do people not look around and ask for help before getting refunds? It's a known issue that the devs can't solve with an incredibly easy work around.

Did you not even open the graphics menu?
