Wow, what a great game. It has lived up to the hype as of now, and the vastness of the game is very good. I found myself getting lost and enjoying doing the side missions for a change, as well as the story. There is so much going on at once, everything wants to kill you, and random happenings are taking place even as you walk through the woods with your trust sidekick boomer. If you like Far Cry, Wildlands, or anyother game like it in a sandbox like enviroment, give it a shot. You most likely won't be dissapointed. Even for the most casual.

If you dig games like this, you'll dig it too. Especially if your a fan of the show on TV, you get to do some of the things they do, and build a mining empire in Haines, AK. I can see a lot being done over the next few months to years with the devs adding and making the game better from now. Graphics are good with some lag time in loading from area to area. And the UI needs some work as far as user friendliness goes. But over all very simple to figure out. Just be patient with the game and learn as you go.


A couple things I see as of yet:

1: Truck mechanics. - Truck is very squirly on the road, physics need to be adjusted for the vehicle, and possibly others to crisp the experience up a little.

2: UI in Game. -
Map: I would like to see the map be a little better in respects to being able to set waypoints for areas in the map. Although play area is small/medium size for this type of game, it would be nice for keeping track of where you need to be.

3: Sandbox mode. - I would love a mode in which I don't have to go through the stages of mining. Starting small with the highbanker, and leading up to the biggest wash plant. Something with unlimited money, and the ability to just play with the game and what you can and can't do over all in game.

There is a lot here with the game, and a lot that can be done in the future. More vehicles, washplants, accesories, etc... Maybe even a mod community? It's a buy for me, but I am a sucker for sim type games.

Banning mods = death of GTA5. Still good content, but an over all shame to what the game was at one point. There are indeed some things you just can't do. This was one of them.

ETS2 Is loads of fun, especially for those who like driving sim's. You can spend countless hours driving across Europe in this game. I reccomend using a game wheel to maximize the fun factor. And give drinking booze a try while playing for even more fun!!!
