let me begin with this: people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on this version WAY to hard. (i 100% the original multiple times btw)
yes it has some fair share of bugs, but so does the original version.
this game also has somewhat good modding support like the original because of it being built on UE. this game is enjoyable on the same scale if not MORE than the original.
and to all the people complaining about the netflix version having more fixes and allat, listen to this. on the netflix mobile version the physics of broken light poles are STILL BROKEN. that means that the netflix version could be a sort of beta test of the changes. good game. good version. i recommend it. (i miss the user songs feature though :(

This game is VEERY fun, it has good heists, fun to use weapons and good gameplay. Yes OVERKILL shat on the game by releasing 69420 dlcs but, i have a different complaint though, the requirements of this game are misleading, see this game should get recomended 12gb ram and not 8. nowadays 8gb is not enough for this game and it will lag heavily when you have only 8gb. it should be 8gb minimum and recomended 12gb.

BMS does have some things to criticise. but it's still REALLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solid. it's basically HL1 as a AAA 2020 title.

(january 15, 2023s review: An amazing Half-Life remake, that adds A LOT of good stuff, there are some bad stuff but the pros SERIOUSLY STRONGLY outweigh the cons, the chapters that weren't so liked in HL1 like On a Rail and Xen have been completely remade to be more fun and to keep the pace consistent in the game.This is the definitive way to play Half-Life and still kind of works as a good introduction to the Half-Life series. There is a debate whether Black Mesa or the original GoldSrc HL1 is the best way to play HL1, and i think it's Black Mesa. (P.S get DXVK cuz the D3D9 optimization is hell.)

interesting zones
very fun
very nice graphics
we finally have a great Sonic game (the plus ver. got 90+ on metacritic)
and much more!

Cons:
You can cheat in this game fairly easily.
