The more time you put into this game, the more fundamental flaws you get to see.
Fun to play at first: Very.
Fun to play after level 30: Kinda, but the total lack of quests and running are getting tiresome.
Fun to play after level 40: No, the lack of content is very visible, and you begin to see major holes in the game designs and bugs.
60: No real content

The flaws are very well described in other reviews. This game needs time, and then the gameplay might be as good as the visuals.

Recommend in it's current state? No, wait a few patches atleast.
