A classic clicker, with a heavy emphasis on repetitive kitchen gameplay. If you enjoy that style, you might find it engaging. However, I personally prefer more varied experiences, so it wasn't for me.

I wish there was a neutral option.
This game is a gem, a paradise for puzzle lovers, and it has so much freaking potential.

The news that the studio abandoned the game hits hard and it leaves a bitter taste to playing the game. I have mixed feelings recommending this game. The work that has been done in creating it is great and that is why I pressed Yes.

I am sad that they will remove the online playing option. While you did not per say solve the puzzles together, it was awesome trying to solve one individually at the same time.

Dear developers, you did an amazing job creating this. Hats off, I am sorry to see you go. T.T

I recommend it for the story and charming graphics. Relaxing, time killer and good for kids too.
The high quality graphics really reflect the work that has been put in the making of the game. Nice work team!

Be advised though:
! The world creating mechanism can be summarized as a rinse and repeat grind.
The worlds are suspended islands, different from each other only by biome.
That "nurture a deep natural connection" is composed of 8 actions: seed, water, cut, pull, chop, hammer, fish and catch bugs. Over and over again. You can only choose your biome and then you have no control of the layout of the world, plants that are there or anything. If you want to plant something in a spot, it cannot be done. You can only plant a seed where you are showed. From there you can only do the 8 actions where indicated.

Now about the story. It is nicely crafted, my many hours of playing are because of this. But not because of how long the story is, more because of how much walking is needed, the puzzles themselves are walking around and putting objects in their place. I admit that my soft spot was that the tree reminded me of Yggdrasil. The Evertree was interesting.
Unfortunately, the writing falls when it comes to characters. The objects (ex: Coppertop and Book) are more interesting than the people you encounter. There are also some romance options, one-dimensional. The best romance story was had by my bird mount. Let me recap it, too dear not to (spoilers ahead):

I named my bird mount, Kazumi. I fed her and gave her lots of cuddles and hearts. We bonded and the pot praised my wisdom of befriending the one who I will count on to fly thousands of feet in the sky and not drop me. Fair enough. Gave her more cuddles, food and hearts. One day I woke up to see that she was being courted by another bird. The very very short cutscene reminded me of the song Is This Love by Whitesake. They fell in love. After several days, I woke up to see lots of eggs in her nest. And after many more days, my Alchemist Grotto had lots of tiny full of cuteness baby birds that resemble Kazumi. And all the birds formed a happy family, only separated occasionally when I actually needed the mount to transport me. Love is in the air, no distance shall break it. <3
The End. ':D

Now I can proudly say I have baby pokemons in my garden.

The game definitely earns its place among the most notable cyberpunk games.
The story is well-written and the branch of choices indeed makes you feel like a detective.

Someone complained about the lore being too hard to follow. Well here are the basic things to know:

Don't get intimated by the ample universe, the story and gameplay are enjoyable. Highly recommend to give it a try.

The choices do not matter in the long run. Your university will be destroyed six times no matter what you do because that is how you advance in the campaign. So you have to start over six times. I could not really get attached with any university since I knew it will be destroyed. Never cared for the students or teachers. They come randomly and it depends on luck if they are any good. Teachers cannot be replaced once chosen. You are dependent on random cards. You can finish the game without doing any dungeon.

If you want to make a Hogwarts, don't bother. This is not the game for it.

Some could enjoy it or want to try it, so I give you all a piece of info, please note that the tutorial is not interactive, you can only press X. It is useless to try the instructions in the tutorial. You can do what the tutorial said, only after finishing it, while pressing X after you read what it said. Have fun!

This is a good city-building game. Highly recommended.
One thing to note though, your wife looks like the princess you have the task to arrange the wedding for. I felt cheated.

Yeah, I became a cult leader and religious figure in the middle of a wasteland and with a rigged system actively trying to make it as hard as possible. Quite a stressful and addicting experience. Being a Project Manager is easier.

I wish there was a neutral button somewhere.

It is a time sink, but not in a good way. Most of my game time is purely trying to stop the guerilla attacks that come from nowhere. 90% Happiness in everything and still get rebels. The mechanic is broken. I have so many hours of gameplay just because I want to finish all the missions. Yeah, I am a stubborn El Presidente.

Tropico 4 was better in terms of optimization and story.

I recommend this game for its campaigns. The Elven Court one is really nice, I wanted more of it. The Random Maps and Scenarios were kinda meah.
