Adds
- End game faction based around royal class structures
- Mix between magic and technology with Psylinks & Psychic Abilities
- Allows you to make pawns feel important by advancing them through the empires ranks to become royalty themselves
- Other late game focused content like cataphract armor (super heavy advanced armor), more implants like specialized limbs and etc
- More utility equipment like jump packs and low shield packs

Pros
- You can betray the empire instead of working with them, aswell as obtaining psylinks from other sources
- You can make colonists feel important with royal titles
- The late game faction gives more access to later game content through traders and such
- A bit more quest options aswell as mech clusters
- Jump packs and low shield packs are poggers
- Expands the late game

Cons
- Feels more bland compared to the other expansions, probably because it dosent change much how the game is played
- The late game faction is great but a late game faction is something that can be added with mods aswell
- The Psychic powers are really underwhelming, the only one i made good use of is the one to induce inspirations
- The natural way of getting psychic powers through a anima tree is confusing at best
