Although Schauer pleaded guilty to attempted rape when he faced court on Friday, he will not be sentenced until today because Judge Julie ♥♥♥♥, SC, wanted to do some extra research of legal authorities to make sure she imposed an appropriate penalty on someone with Schauer’s unique circumstances. She also wants to impose a suitable penalty that will protect our community.

Schauer appeared in court on Friday, on a dark day for Mackay, on which another man, William Lamb, 38, of Grasstree Beach, admitted possessing child pornography that included 39 pictures and five videos of girls aged five to 11 being molested.
