Gameplay sucks, I'm tired of corporate overlords calling every game an extraction shooter when the "extraction mechanic" doesn't do anything and solely exists so they can market it as an extraction shooter

Thought it was great at first, but that's their marketing gimick. Pull in Extraction players, and then ♥♥♥♥ all of them. Pay to win, and boring even if you get to end game. The target audience, despite being an extraction shooter, is people who suck at extraction games. This feels like baby's first extraction shooter, at best. They will continue to make changes based on what extreme casuals say, and the game will continue to stray further and further from what it was actually advertised as

It's a battle royale dressed up like an Extraction shooter. If you want a Halo/Destiny extraction shooter that isn't doomed to fail, just wait for Marathon
