In the interest of avoiding spoilers, I won't say too much about Inscryption. There are many surprising, subversive, and delightful moments in this game. It was a true joy to play. I recommend you don't read more than the first few sentences of any review. Seriously, don't even look at my playtime. Just start playing and don't stop until it's over. I'm so glad that I did it that way.
