I played the main game just recently when Steam had it free for a few days so I enjoyed that enough to get this. I only paid around $30 for it from somewhere else, but thought it was still a bit much. The day the DLC update came out, server issues made the game unplayable and very annoying. I almost threw in the towel, but waited it out and the next day they had it running well again. I haven't had a single disconnect since the day after release.

As it stands now, I'm enjoying the end game stuff even though it's starting to get repetitive. I like trying to build up my gear with mods and I'm always looking to make it better to keep up with the world tiers. The difficulty doesn't really get any harder as long as you keep your gear up to date. I hope they add more content in the future to give you more options to progress.

I haven't played a Dragon Quest game since the first one otherwise known as Dragon Warrior which I got for free from Nintendo Power magazine. I've always been a big fan of the Final Fantasy games, but kind of forgot about DQ. I saw this on sale and never really had any plans to get it, but after trying the demo I was hooked.

This has got to be the most engrossing storyline I've ever played. Sometimes I feel there's a bit too much story and not enough time for playing, but there's so much to tell. I never played the original version of this so this S version has been my first experience with it. I'm about 40 hours in as I write this and I'm still not done with the main quest yet. This is the longest game I've played in a while.

Sometimes it feels a bit too kid-like with all the anime, but the characters are well drawn and the voice acting is decent enough. I'm sure this game will get me close to or over 100 hours assuming the whole world opens up once the main quest is beaten. It seemed a bit too easy at the beginning, but lately it has been getting harder or maybe I'm just not keeping up with equipment. I welcome the challenge though.

If you like role playing games with a long storyline then this is the game for you. I may have to revisit some of the older games now as I've missed out on all of them.

Best MK game I've ever played. I was a big fan of MK back in the day playing the original first 3 games in arcades. I never played a MK game again since X and the story really drew me in on that game that I had to get 11.

This game has some great content and rewards you for learning individual characters with augments to make them more powerful. There is a bit of a grind to get the ones you want, but it's pretty much what end game is. I haven't played ladder as it doesn't really interest me. I like trying combinations of augments to find the most damage on different characters.

150 hours in and I'm still enjoying the game by doing the daily towers and working on new ways to improve my favorite characters.

I played this when it first came out about 3 years ago. Now they've moved to a free model and have in game purchases instead. There was only a campaign mode back then, but now they've added a ton of content. It makes the game feel fresh and there's tons more to do now.

Despite all this, this game still has its share of bugs, especially when playing with others. I've had it crash with various errors and just get stuck trying to reload a wave or end up with missing mana or traps when retrying a wave. These are annoying, but don't ruin the experience for me...yet.

Difficulty seems a bit tough. I played through the campaign on Hurt Me Plenty and it felt like a hard mode. I had to put it down to I'm Too Young To Die and it felt like normal. At least it felt this way compared to the previous game. Once you get some better weapons it becomes a breeze later on. Lots of secret items to look for and it's nice you get to go back and get the things you missed the first time around. Took about 20 hours to finish the campaign and I look forward to the new campaigns in the future.

Best Borderlands game yet! Pretty long campaign with lots of side missions. The DLC is some of the best I've seen in any game. A lot of effort was put into them to give you several hours of play time for each. The replayability value is high with the mayhem and true vault hunter modes.

For a game of this magnitude, it has its share of bugs but nothing really game breaking for me so far.

I just started this a few years late, but I'm glad I did. I gave it a shot since it was made from the same developers as the Dishonored games which I enjoy. My first impressions were this feels like a mix between System Shock 2 and Dead Space. I'm only 6 hours as I write this, but I can comfortably say I'm going to enjoy the rest of this game. The inventory system is very similar to SS2 as well as having guns and powers. I found myself dying a bit much near the beginning as I think the damage that enemies do to you needs to be tweaked a bit. I'm just playing on normal difficulty. I like how the game isn't too linear in that it lets you move freely and backtrack to any previous level without being locked into the campaign. A worthy pickup for sure and I can't wait to see what else Arkane has in store.

I wasn't going to get this game because of all the bad reviews, but I got it during the black Friday sale for 50% off and I'm so glad I did. Maybe when the game was first released there were bugs, but I haven't found any bugs with the game really besides an occasional stuttering with sound dropping out while playing. I know a lot of people were upset that pre ordered the game just to see it go on sale so soon left a bad review which isn't fair to the game. The gameplay is the best I've seen so far out of any of the previous ones, yes even ROTR. The storyline and amount of dialogue in the game is enormous and the lip syncing looks nearly perfect. I'm assuming they used motion capture from real actors for this. I'm not done with the game yet, but I'm not rushing it and I'm excited to do all the side quests and extra tombs available. I'll probably be going through it again on the new game+ mode. So far it's a blast though.

This is the best Tomb Raider game I've played in the series. I didn't finish it initally the first time around, but I'm glad I came back and started over again because it was amazing. It has great mechanics and cinematics and a sandbox style of play which a lot of games are doing these days so you aren't confined to a linear story path. After beating it, I was surprised to see that there is a "closure" cut scene and it lets you continue to play and finish getting all the side items and quests. This is great for people who like to be completionists without having to wait to finish the game first. Haven't tried the DLC yet, but I'm considering getting it now.

I was surprised by how good this campaign was. This is probably the best single-player game I've ever played to date and that's coming from someone who played the original Doom when it was released. It has a slow start and I wasn't that interested at first but once it gets going it's a really fun game. There's plenty of secrets and hidden items that are worth finding and I'll be going through the game again to try and find them all.

I had one crash after I fired off the BFG but after that it worked fine. I'm not sure what this developer mode bug is people are experiencing. If you press ` by accident all you have to do is restart the game and your save and achievements will be fine. I pressed it and even turned on god mode once just to see if it would work then restarted when I saw the message. There should be an option to disable it though as it can be easy to hit that key if you press your number keys to switch weapons.

Snapmap feature is a cool idea and will probably bring a lot of new maps into the community. Now here's where I'm disappointed...DLC is for multiplayer only. I haven't played MP yet but most people seem to not be that happy with it. I would rather have the meat of the DLC be additional single-player missions to carry the storyline with a few MP elements. If they have no plans to release more official single-player content, then I won't be buying any DLC for this game. Here's to hoping they eventually do though.
