Great game with minimalistic design and interesting twist. Only two acts are in game which can be beaten in 1-2 hrs, and replayability relies heavily on your builds rather than terrain and enemies so I'd consider this game as a short-one at this point, but totally worth supporting a developer as a core design is a magnificent. Also OST of a 1st act is my personal favorite, so I recommend to check that out too.

I'm too lazy to write a normal review, so I'll just say that I recommend you to throw more money at dev, so he can make more content for me to play. Seriously though, that's one of game that makes me promote "voting with your wallet".

Is OK but pretty empty at the moment. Still worth the support. Better buy now, if you ever wanted to see space sandbox.

Я думаю, Велинд уже сказал все за меня. Хотя возможно я перепишу это ревью чуть позже, уже не в спешке.

Yet another Paradox 4X. No personality in this one, just generic 4X features. Most positive reviews from before are relying on features which are no longer present in game and were stripped away because devs couldn't balance game around them (According to their own forum messages).

Absolutely gorgeous action game in which every pixel matters. Even thgh game is in pure 2D it still gives you a feeling of recoil and ballistics. That's mostly because game is using a full-physics simulation in which every object, every detached pixel is being calculated in real time. But that's the exact issue about the game: It has no online-mp. Bot games are pretty shallow and unrewarding unless you're playing this game with some mods like Void Wanderers (FTL-Like experience) or Unmapped Lands (Some sort of strategy with a global map). Other than that the game is a true gem for those who appertiate gunplay, sandbox and physics-driven enviroment.

Personaly i dislike turn-based jRPG-ish combat, but i really enjoy this game and i keep commming back to playing it even after years. What's so special about this game? Absolutely balanced HP/Damage values. Don't get me wrong though, this game is full of frustrating moments in which RNG is more of a nuisance but it give a right feeling of roguelike game: It doesn't forgive you for any mistakes made. Also synergy mechanics: Even if you are playing with some (but not all) modded characters they still tend to have some sort of synergy and that's what game expects you to use. Combining parties, using them in a complete unforgiving and frustrating RNG mess is what makes this game fun and unjust at the same time. belive me, you'll hate this game as you've hated Dark Souls at some point, but that doesn't make this game less entertaining. Worth every penny w/o any discounts if you're into some frustratingly challenging games.

I really like this game, even though there are games with more content and mechanics nowdays, and the main reason for that is its combat system. I really like the approach in which you're not fighting on a main map like in some other 4X strategies, but fighting on some separate "local" maps doesn't reduce fighting in some straightforward meat grinder like in Heroes of Might and Magic series. You have to think your army composition trough, you need too see the synergies between your units and use them but positioning and using your units abilities in a right way in a tactical screen. This game has more depth that any other HoMM game ever had, but it's still easier to pick up than your generic space 4X. I'd say that this game got me into genre and that's why i can recommend it: This game is a nice introduction to the genre of 4X with decent learning curve.

That's the type of game which is easy to pick up but hard to beat. Expedition after expedition it gives you more challenges, more complex layout, larger maps to explore and stuff like that. I absolutely love combat mechanics: You're presented with dices from which you're supposed to make combos and that's the fun part. Even though combat is not a central aspect of this game. This game is all about risk-management and lore. Its randomness and depth definitely boost the replayability. Oh, and now they have modding support, so you can have endless mode, more characters, more map-generators and stuff like that. Basicaly this game worth it's price even without discounts, and devs are worth some trust credit on their next project if any appears to be released.

I recomend this game because it has some pretty simple but interested mechanics. It took me about 5 hours to complete the game (after 2 tries to complete it w/o any casualties) and additional 4 hours to explore all the content. I really like the graphics and sound-design (even though some gunshot sounds are from CS 1,6 and some other games they fit perfectly here). It's a real pain to see that developers dropped this gameplay design on Infectonator 2 and 3. (You won't see things you liked in here in their next games), because i'd love to see endless mode and stuff like that. Also, no mod support. Even thought it seems so native just to mod some survivors, items and map layouts, mod support just isn't there for you, but i'd say that given the low price of a game it defenitely worth every penny.
