Abroguelike chess game where you play as the Black King that wield a shotgun vs a whole army of light pieces from chess... They're all there from the white pawns to the white queen and king. You can shoot your shotgun more than once per turn, by turn here mean after everytime you move your King, but also depending on how many ammo you have on your King ammo pouch... You reload your gun also by moving your King.

Your objective is just like in real chess, you have to kill the white king, but unlike in real chess here you can and actually have to shoot the white king instead of doing a checkmate or actual chess "kill move", also IIRC a king cannot kill the opposition king in real chess, maybe that's why you have to shoot the white king....

But this is also a rogue like game so expect surprises that make the game deviate from real chess, for example after each chess game (after you defeated the white king), you'd be presented with 2 cards that would give you advantage and disadvantage for the rest of your games, you have to find the surprises yourself...

It's a solid take on a chess game that can be somewhat addicting but also frustrating due to the randomness element from the rogue like mechanic.
