When Miyazaki was beaten as a child, the belt was swung with a delay so he wouldn't dodge. Everyone knows that, but few know the incredible sequel to this amazing story!
Once Miyazaki adapted to it, memorized every possible frame of the belt, and never took damage again. But his father was not confused, and took two years to surprise his favorite son again. Now he was doing ten times more damage with the belt, jumping around the room, and using quick combinations of punches (mixed with good old-fashioned delays) that made Miyazaki's eyes unable to focus on him. But his father knew that this alone wasn't enough to surprise his son, so now his belt always did damage in the area in case his son wanted to roll behind him. And even when Miyazaki thought he was safe to drink his bottle of Fanta, the belt attack would get him across the room!
This memory inspired Miyazaki so much that he dedicated an entire DLC for his game Elden Ring to it!
