The game is simply in a bad state now and for the last few seasons/leagues. You will not enjoy this game as a "normal" player (e.g. non-streamer that plays this game 24/7) because all the scaling/nerfs/buffs are targeted at hardcore players. As a more casual player that likes to play an hour after work a few days a week its not possible to reach any endgame goals in a normal time-frame. The game simply does not respect or honor your time as a player.

Also while praising community feedback all the time, they clearly disgusise big changes or don't announce them beforehand as people might not spend any money on support packs.
