First and foremost Tropico 6 is a better game than 5 was. The election speeches are back and the devs ditched the hated dynasty system. It has already more buildings than 5 had with most of the dlcs. The archipelagos and the monument heists were also great ideas and these add much to the gameplay and the management aspect.

The biggest downside of the game is that it doesn't have a linear campaign anymore. It has missions but those are mostly completely separated scenarios. Tropico 6 might not worth 50€ at the moment but it's still a good game and it will be a great deal during the summer sale. (If you don't want to wait until summer sale you can buy Tropico 6 on third party sites for around 30€)
