Helldivers 2 is the gold standard for a PvE live-service game: Non-predatory micro-transactions, permanent season passes where everything can be obtained though gameplay and satisfying progression.

If it's that good, why I don't recommend it? Well, after the PSN linking fiasco, Sony de-listed the game on all regions without PSN access, so people from those countries/regions can’t buy the game. Once those countries/regions are unbanned by Sony I’ll change my review to “recommend”.

Is it an amazing game? no
Is it a bad game? No
It's a good game, and that's OK, not every game has to be GOTY contender. So, yes, I recommend it. It's a 72 on Metrlacritic... And I think it's the proper score for it. Not amazing, but not bad. Also, as others already said, it has the best combat in the whole series.

IMO is too long, but, it's a good game. Not excellent, but good, and that's OK if you get it with a price discount.
Personally, The last 3 AC games would be ranked from best to worse:
- AC Odyssey
- AC Origins
- AC Valhalla

Nice little game. Noww, waiting for Deliver us Mars :)
