The game is incredible but why the ♥♥♥♥ I have to connect rockstar games servers to play single player. Steam should be ban 3rd party launchers, there is a reason peoples are using steam.

I feel you brah. One of the downside of this game. Unlike the other games that you can play it immediately.

Was not that big of an issue for me. I made a Rockstar Account long ago, I was able to play it on the Steam Deck offline without problems. Only problems i do have is that it takes a minute to launch RDR2, and the Notifications which i have to turn off everytime its updated

nooo you *need* to use our rickety broken glitchy disgusting wretched launcher to play this game!!! who cares if that means more shit that can break and prevent you from playing, you need to use it!!!

Required online connection for a single player game should just be illegal ffs. If it requires online I'm either gonna just pirate it instead (can play offline) or just forget about it and play something else.

it's so that people can't crack it as easy or not have access to online rewards, like Assassin's creed that gave you daily and weekly rewards. Personally I am ok with that cause I don't want to pay for a game that everyone plays exactly the same for free.
