The does have its flaws, gamebreaking bugs even, but nothing a reload can't fix. The story and the gameplay is the most captivating I've experienced for a long time, definiately worth the full price. Was the game overhyped? Yes. Did we receive a fantastic game in the end? Also yes. Absolutely.
