My brutal thoughts? Very satisfying gameplay, bugs and such aside. Not as funny or heavy as BL2 by a longshot. Very satisfying gsmeplay. Villians are just very annoying and wholly unthreatening. Very satisfying gameplay.

Guns are wonderful. You can choose your colors for outfits and cars OR use skins, which is cool. Skill trees are great, though I didn't dig on Zane too much--he felt like an even more muted Commando. Siren character annoys me. Everybody else rocks. FL4K is hilarious. Maps are cool. Features such as teleporting to your car (or to Sanctuary) from the map are very cool. Very satisfying gameplay.

Unlike BL2 you can buy fantastic guns from the vending machine, so you don't get stuck or have trouble like you used to. Some will love that, others will hate it. I love it--some of the best stuff in any RPG comes from the shop. Other features like tapping a button at the ammo vending machine to buy all ammo....there's a lot of time saved. Lots to do. Find-it, steal-it, and kill-it challenges in every area that actually pay off wonderfully, whether through experience or items or just plain fun. And by the way, some areas are MASSIVE.
