I played the WiiWare version back in 2010 when I was 9 years old. I came across this here PC version that was apparently released a year before the WiiWare version. I like how it plays at 1080p compared to the WiiWare version which was played at 480p.

Some of the levels they have are incredibly hard. Harder than Cuphead. XD

When I tried to play the Coca-Cola 600 area, some of the roads were invisible. But I think I fixed it by verifying the game files.

This is such a cute game. I got a high score of 26. I might try to beat my high score at some point though.

I bought this game back in October 2019. And I completed the game in January 2020 nearly a month ago. Except for the part that I was raging at the Space Armada level, but it was worth it. Although this game reminds me of Rugrats: Royal Ransom I have for Nintendo GameCube since October 2014.

I've been wanting to play the PC version since 2012 when I bought it from Walmart. But I could never get the retail version to work. Although I did get the PS3 version in May 2013. Thankfully, I got rid of the useless retail version and bought the Steam version instead. I was worried it wouldn't work on my Windows 10 PC. But guess what? It did! even though it uses Games for Windows Live. It still works great. BTW, I've had it on Steam since June 2018.

EDIT (3/19/2020): It looks like I now just have Grand Theft Auto IV & Episodes from Liberty City in my Steam library after it switched from Games for Windows Live to Rockstar Games Launcher, which somewhat caused the VRAM limit to be stuck at 512MB. I did transfer my save file though, but I can just play it again because I earned the GFWL achievements. And I want to earn the Steam achievements.

EDIT (3/22/2020): Thanks to a Community Guide post I found to fix the 512MB VRAM bug, I can finally turn up the graphics settings once again.

This is the best game ever. I didn't play it that much when I first bought it. I should've made a review like this along time ago. But at least I did.

According to the reviews, some said the games crashes when you go into story mode. When I went into story mode. It didn't crash on me. I'm surprised it also has a Anti-Aliasing mode. My laptop has a Ryzen 3 with Radeon Vega 3 Mobile Graphics. I also try running this on my HP ENVY Desktop 750-520 and it ran pretty well without crashing.

I remember playing this game when I was young. I own the 2004 retail version. When I bought the Steam version. The game says 2007 which was probably released 3 years later in Europe. And the fonts were different than the retail version I own. Although they didn't bother fixing the invisible cursor bug in this version.

Back in Summer of 2014. I played the Wii U version of this game. Now, I played the PC version. It ran really well on my PC. I haven't played the Wii U version since September 2015. I'm finally back to playing this game after nearly 3 years.
