I have tried a few monster hunter games before, but I am not much of a console guy so when a MH finally came out for the PC I was excited and for a reason. This game is great and here is why:

Pros:
- You get to slaughter small to giant monster with a weapon of your choice (Mine first was the charge blade but I switched to the Morphaxe)
- The armors and weapons look amazing and detailed, I loved it
- You can customize a lot in the menus to make it fit your playstyle better
- It is so detailed, when you walk around the city you can see that every one is following a rythmn, even the Palincos in the kitchen
- It is georgerous, i love the different areas, the citys and even the Rotten Vale looks amazing
- The Food, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ food, I get hungry just typing about it
- The game isn't all about killing monsters, you can also go onto an expedition and fish, or simply catch some pets for your room

Cons:
- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the fighting clunky, i mean don't get me wrong it has some incredibly smooth parts, like when you pull yourself to a monster and ride it, but as a DS 3 Player it just feels like a mess. In DS3 when you attack in one direction, and then turn movement and camera, it actually follows you and switches direction, in MH:W you press the attack in one direction and you keep attackin that direction until you stop attacking and walk to the new direction. It is awful but if your mindset is freesher than mine you can probably adapt quicker and don't hit the air as often as I do
- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the Menu a mess and I am glad you can customize Item sets because a normal Inventory will look like a mess after one or two hunts
- You better numbers or else you will have the great fun, that everythign oneshots you and you don't do damage. Use the Info book on weaknesses and strengths of a monster, build an armor and weapon for that and then ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ up

Yeah thats about it, enjoy the game at a pace you like, thats the most important thing I can tell you
