Out of the total 8.5 hours i spent in this game, I flew 45 minutes from Berlin to Hamburg, after lining up on the localizer for runway 23 I was greeted with a wasteland like terrain were I was not able to make out the runway what so ever. The remaining 8 hours were spent in loading screens and the ingame settings because every control changed.
After two days of waiting for patches and hot fixes I tried loading in the default A330 into the default Cancun and got a CTD every single time I tried. (5 times)

Good job Microsoft

Edit: Got 10 more hours in this sim and none of these had to do with flying: loading screens, more CTD's and even more troubleshooting. Can't even put a plane in Free Flight because neither the airport stands nor runways will show up for me.
I can't understand how other people can fly this sim without almost any issuses.

Edit Nr. 2: I finally managed to complete three flights within the US. And man I have to say, if the sim works it works beautifully. Flying the Fenix A321, you finally have the feeling that you are actually flying a 70t aircraft. Taxiing around is feeling fantastic, handflying the Fenix feels even better than 2020, and when you flare the plane you actually feel the ground effect working (maybe that's just in my mind). And the clouds in cruise finally look like clouds and not yellowie grey cotton candy.

Edit Nr. 3: Good job Microsoft. With the SU1 Beta the sim runs perfectly for me. I did two long haul flights back to back (one 7h, one 13h) without any issues. The only issue i encountered are CTD's when I want to load into an airport. But that might be on me because I just stream the unsupported 2020 sceneries in 2024. And to be fair there is a warning that these sceneries are not yet fully supported, but once you are in, the 3rd party airports are working just perfect.
