I played this Masterpiece with my brother in law....

THIS is by far one of the BEST coop games (where you have to litteraly cooperate with each other) i / we ever played.

We also played "A Way Out" so we knew the Devs and knew the follow up would also be fun to play together....

BUT this is one of a Kind... EVERY level with new Game mechanics / ideas / theme... all of it resembled in a way a adult can enjoy or a kid can have a fun play with mom and / or dad or a friend...

The Easter Eggs and references in the Game are exceptional. The voice actors are phenomenal!
I am German but played the English voicing... man those (main) three actors did a fantastic Job!

Not one bad part, not one thing wherewe were frustrated, all fitted well. Respawning when dying is great for adults and kids.

This Game is a extremely Intense and immersive Game which gives you an insight of the Medival Age !
YES - It is Buggy and sometimes frustrating, BUT it gives you a storytelling you NEVER seen bevore

Why:
I think Squad is one of the BEST Games which fits to my playstyle.
Squad offers extremely nice Teamwork Gameplay and mixes this with a Tension that gives you the REAL Feeling of beeing part of the scene... Shoot at a bush where you think theres a Enemy Soldier and the answer is a F***ing loud 30mm Cannon answering your call...

The Hit System and Medic system is supreme! Everyone who plays / played Battlefield 3 or 4 and Arma gets a Mix of both combat systems and Gameplay modes. Its extremely realistic with the Ticket System of a proven System. Every Round plays different because it depends on the Team AND the Squadlead. his decisions are Mandatory and are followed without bigger questions. When Squadlead says fight north you head north! Even though you will die! No question! HU RAH.

I Love it and i am Thankful for my Friend which yelled thousands of times: BUY IT BUY IT! so i bought it on Sale and... Thanks thats it, thats my game for Realistic Online Teambased Military Battles!

A True GEM,

i remember playing this game for hours... this was the Skyrim of m y youth :) the music, the feeling and the little guys running around in the town kept me playing this game over and over. Sometimes i sat in my chair saying... one more hour then i'll stop... and there was dawn....

I really love this one with its mikro management in the beginnings (which granary for which supply... or storages sorting...)

Thanks to summer sale the price was around 3€ i think 6€ would be enough for this bit rusty piece but i truly would spend the 9€, too.

So if you like Chilling and a bit Building strategy, buy this one you would not be dissapointed!

I normally don´t write Reviews or much about a Game i bought.

BUT - This Game absolutely and honestly deserves to write something about!

First of al i wanna come with Cons because there are not really much...

- sometimes Sound Problems (maybe only with my Rig / setup)
- sometimes stuttering or loading Terrain Problems (even with 16G RAM and 8G Video RAM)
- sometimes clipping problems with light sources in deeper Terrain

And now to the Feeling i have playing this Game:

First of all it is a absolutely nice Theme. I Think therer are not many games Under Water with the direkt feeling beeing in the water. Farsky is the only one i know but i would see this as the little nephew of this Game because Farsky has a extreme Lack of possibilities to expand.

Then there are the Aquanox Titles but there you are piloting a little Sub and its a Arcade Style Game.

But Here you are on your own... Resource harvesting searching blueprints. I think the Blueprint System is extreme nice not such all other Survival games with XP. I mean it would be nice to mod the char but thats not really neccesary i would recommend that the devs maybe add features like more lung capacity the more you dive or dive till near death and take air in the last moment....

But Back to Topic! i bought it on Sale and must admit that even the 20bucks which it costs normally is total OK!

Buy it and enjoy a really nice Game which is totally relaxing!!!

As i first bought it with my Buddys we did it because it was a different kind of feeling playing Sandbox in Space...

I didn´t play it for a long time, but now i see Planets and the game is still growing... as the announce of medieval engineers came out i thought it dies...
